The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped with central heating, an iron, and tea/coffee amenities, and the staff provided friendly and great service.

A short 15-minute stroll to the bus stop nearby. The bed is super comfy, and the bathroom feels like pure luxury. Plus, there's an electric kettle for your convenience, along with central heating and an iron with an ironing 

Beach proximity and near Crescent Gardens. The room was quite roomy and fancy with a cozy bed and big bathroom, and the breakfast was delicious! 🌅

Its location extremely close to Filey Golf Club was excellent and fantastic. The bus stop was 400 metres away. Marvellous and fantastic breakfast with outstanding food served on time.
